This domain was formerly operated by wizard101-cheat-vault.com and Gamers Guides LLC. That domain and Gamers Guides LLC are not in any way affiliated with KingsIsle Entertainment Inc. (KingsIsle), or our online game Wizard101.

KingsIsle filed a request with the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), in accordance with the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP), to challenge the use of wizard101-cheat-vault.com. KingsIsle made the following assertions:

1. The domain name "wizard101-cheat-vault.com" is confusingly similar to KingsIsle's Wizard101 mark.
2. There was no legitimate interest in the "wizard101-cheat-vault.com" domain name.
3. The domain name wizard101-cheat-vault.com was registered and used in bad faith.

On November 30, 2009, an arbitrator with the National Arbitration Forum ruled in KingsIsle's favor, and ruled that the domain name should be transferred to KingsIsle.
